1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, MacBooks, printers, and related hardware.
2. Perform Windows OS installation, system configuration, software setup, and troubleshooting.
3. Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, MS Teams, printers, and basic network connectivity.
4. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
5. Perform hands-on hardware replacement and upgrades, including RAM, HDD/SSD, panels, screens/displays, and motherboards.
6. Identify faulty hardware components, carry out replacements, and test systems after repairs.
7. Provide timely technical support to end users and independently resolve basic IT issues.
8. Maintain system performance and coordinate with senior IT teams or vendors for escalations when required.
9. Travel to client locations for troubleshooting, system configuration, hardware replacement, and installation when required.
10. Possess valuable knowledge of computer hardware, basic networking, Windows OS, troubleshooting, and professional user-support skills.
