# Job Description – Civil Site Engineer

### Job Summary

We are looking for a **Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience** to supervise and execute civil construction activities for the Drive-In Project at Tummaluru.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, measurements, progress monitoring, and ensuring that all works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

* Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other project teams.

* Check setting out, levels, dimensions, and alignment of civil works.

* Supervise excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, paving, drainage, and other civil works.

* Read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.

* Monitor contractor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily productivity.

* Ensure construction activities are completed within the planned schedule.

* Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team for required testing and approvals.

* Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/consultants for timely resolution.

* Verify measurements and quantities of completed works for contractor billing.

* Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection requests, measurements,



and other documentation.

* Ensure proper material storage and utilization at site.

* Coordinate with MEP, landscaping, and other teams to avoid conflicts and delays.

* Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with project safety procedures.

* Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, quality, manpower, materials, and pending issues.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

### Qualification & Experience

* Diploma or **B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering**.

* **Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.**

* Experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, infrastructure, or similar projects will be preferred.

* Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.

* Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

* Knowledge of **AutoCAD and MS Office**.

* Positive understanding of quantities, measurements, BOQ, and contractor billing.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to work full-time at the **Tummaluru project site**.
