- Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students/candidates regarding available educational programs, courses, and admission opportunities.
- Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, admission process, and career opportunities clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until admission is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic team for smooth completion of the admission process.
- Achieve the monthly target of minimum 6 confirmed admissions.
- Performance Expectations6 confirmed admissions per month is mandatory.
- Additional performance may be rewarded through incentives as per company policy.
- Solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills are expected.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous experience in educational counselling, telecalling, admissions, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented approach may also apply.
