Hiring: Branch Manager – Auto Showroom

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Education: Graduation – Mandatory

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day operations of the automobile showroom.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom team.
- Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving branch targets.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor vehicle inventory, showroom operations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, service, finance, and other departments.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure proper vehicle display, showroom discipline, and customer service standards.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in branch/showroom management.
- Experience in the automobile/auto showroom industry is preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of sales operations, inventory management, and reporting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Ability to manage branch operations independently.
