- Generate leads for sales of residential units. N
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the lead. N
- Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms. N
- Assist customers to secure bank loans and ensure timely disbursement from the bank. N
- To update all customer data and transactions in C4C. N
- Channel Partner engagement and generating recent leads. N
- Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction. N
