? About the Role

NetAmbit is hiring experienced Sales Managers / Senior Managers to lead a field sales team for a Google Ads project.

You will manage a team responsible for visiting assigned business leads, acquiring merchants/SMEs, and onboarding them onto Google Ads. The starting advertising budget is ₹5,000 per merchant.

? Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage field sales executives.

Allocate leads and territories to maximize productivity.

Drive merchant & SME acquisition and Google Ads onboarding.

Explain Google advertising and digital visibility benefits to clients.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales/revenue targets.

Train, coach and conduct performance reviews.

Manage client relationships and resolve escalations.

Ensure smooth documentation, account setup and ad activation.

Prepare MIS, dashboards and business performance reports.

Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.





Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.

? Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in Ads Sales / Digital Sales / Package Sales / New Client Acquisition.

Strong experience in field sales or B2B business development.

Experience selling high-value products/services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts.

Strong team-handling and target-management skills.
