Smart Tech Solutions is hiring 2 full time Female Telecallers for solar lead generation and appointment coordination at our Jaipur office. You will make outbound calls to prospective customers, qualify their requirements, and schedule discovery meetings for our partner technical sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls using company-provided target batches and scripts.
- Ask qualification questions (property authority, power consumption, roof availability).
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and solar technical representatives.
- Maintain call notes, outcome statuses, and DNC suppression in the CRM.
- Strictly adhere to company communication boundaries (no false promises regarding subsidies, zero electricity bills, or technical feasibility).

Eligibility Criteria:

- Gender & Age: Female, 20 years or older.
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or BPO/customer support preferred. Fresh graduates with strong speaking skills are welcome.
- Skills: Clear communication, active listening, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
