- Job Responsibilities:-
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress.
- Check workmanship and ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing works.
- Maintain daily site progress and work-related records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer/HOD for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
- Follow project timelines and support timely completion of assigned work.
