Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to handle US travel-related queries, bookings, and customer support. The candidate will assist customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requirements while ensuring a high level of service

Key Responsibilities

- bound/outbound to US travel.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and itinerary changes.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.




- Handle her queries and resolve issues professionally within defined timelines
- Process and update customer information accurately
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, travel guidelines, and data-security procedures.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive knowledge of US geography, time zones, airports, and travel routes.
- Basic understanding of airline reservations and travel processes.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn travel/reservation software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
