- Key Responsibilities:Handle electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC & general maintenance.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, pumps, motors and other equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records and report major issues.
- Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
- Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant trade.
- Hotel / Facility / Commercial maintenance experience preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends & holidays.
