Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for life insurance products.

- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage clearly to customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into successful policy sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

- Graduation preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales preferred.

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales orientation and customer-handling skills.

- Freshers with good communication and sales interest may also apply.
