Job Responsibilities

 Inspect and prepare material surfaces before painting.

 Apply putty on dents, uneven surfaces, and imperfections.

 Perform sanding after putty application to achieve a smooth finish.

 Apply primer (Astar) properly before final painting.

 Carry out final painting with proper coverage and finishing.

 Paint Spray Gun operation is mandatory.

 Prepare and mix paint colours as required.

 Understand colour shades and shade matching as per sample/specification.

 Identify and correct painting defects and ensure good finishing quality.

 Maintain proper safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping in the Paint Shop.

Required Skills

 Experience in industrial/manufacturing painting.

 Good knowledge of surface preparation, putty, sanding, and primer application.

 Paint Gun / Spray Painting – Mandatory.

 Colour Mixing & Shade Understanding – Mandatory.

 Valuable understanding of paint quality and finishing.

 Ability to work independently and maintain production quality.
