GRX10 is hiring call centre executives to bring colleges and universities onto a software programme from a global brand. You will call principals, trustees and department heads, explain the discounted package, and help each institution complete its onboarding form.

About GRX10GRX10 is a Bengaluru-based, AI-first revenue operations company. We run sales and marketing programmes for brands using our own CRM, voice and WhatsApp tools, along with a trained calling team.

What you will do:

- Call decision makers at colleges and universities from a verified contact list. These include principals, trustees and heads of design, media and IT departments.
- Explain the software package, the discount, and what students and faculty gain from it.
- Answer questions on eligibility, pricing and setup, and pass technical queries to the right team.
- Walk the institution's representative through the online onboarding form, on the call or in a follow-up.
- Follow up by phone, email and WhatsApp until the institution submits the form or declines.
- Log each call,



its outcome and the next step in the CRM on the same day.
- Meet daily targets for connected calls and weekly targets for completed onboarding forms.
- Report the objections you hear to your team lead so the team can sharpen the pitch.

What you need

- 1 to 3 years in outbound calling, telesales, inside sales or admissions counselling. Freshers with strong spoken English & Hindi can apply.
- Clear spoken English and Hindi.
- Confidence speaking with senior people such as principals and trustees.
- Persistence with follow-ups and a calm response to rejection.
- Working knowledge of email, spreadsheets and a CRM.
- A graduate degree in any discipline.

Good to have: experience selling to schools, colleges or edtech companies, and familiarity with design or creative software.

- Work arrangementFull-time role at our Indiranagar office in Bengaluru.
- You work from the office on every working day. This role has no remote or hybrid option.
- Monday to Saturday, [10:30 AM to 7:30 PM].
