Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee records, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

• Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related data.

• Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and resolve payroll-related queries.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

• Manage and co-ordinate with payroll team for employee documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

• Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.

• Support employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.





• Ensure timely completion of HR processes and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Assist in compliance-related activities and HR audits.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

• Support other HR activities and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in (MBA/MSW) Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in HR operations or HR administration is preferred.
