Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting and hiring suitable candidates.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.




- Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain qualified communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Key Skills & Requirements1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
