Job Title: Senior Accountant/ Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, expertise in Tally, and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, TCS, audits, and manufacturing industry accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Review accounting entries and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Take responsibility for all accounting functions, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing and Invoicing
- General Ledger Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Card and Expense Reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Account
- Cash Flow Reports
- MIS Reports
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Banks, Auditors, and Government Authorities.
- Manage Import/Export accounting transactions and related documentation.
- Handle banking activities,



including Cash Credit (CC) and Overdraft (OD) accounts.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required records and information.
- Monitor financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making through accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in Tally ERP.
- Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Internal Audits and Financial Controls.
- Knowledge of Import/Export accounting procedures.
- Familiarity with CC/OD banking operations.
- Strong understanding of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss preparation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Commerce Graduate with a solid accounting background.
- Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
