? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and follow up with prospective property buyers

• Generate & convert real estate leads

• Understand customer property requirements and preferences

• Explain residential & commercial property options

• Conduct property visits and site visits with customers

• Coordinate with customers, channel partners & project teams

• Manage customer relationships from lead generation to booking

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status

• Achieve monthly sales & booking targets
