DRIVER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Driver

Department: Operations

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official requirements.

- Transport staff, clients, and management to project sites, offices, meetings, and other locations.

- Pick up and drop customers for real-estate site visits when required.

- Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.

- Perform basic vehicle checks, including fuel, tyres, engine oil, brakes, and lights.

- Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.

- Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations.

- Maintain proper records of fuel, service, and vehicle-related expenses.

- Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements to management.

- Assist with basic office/project-site errands when required.

- Maintain professional and courteous behaviour with customers and company staff.





- Keep all customer and company information confidential.

Requirements

- Valid LMV Driving Licence.

- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience preferred.

- Good knowledge of Bangalore roads and surrounding areas.

- Clean driving record and responsible driving habits.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

- Previous experience as a company driver / real-estate site-visit driver will be an advantage.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working days may vary depending on company requirements and site visits.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
