Experience: 1–3 Years | Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller who enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships.
- What you’ll do:Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Understand customer requirements and provide product information
- Follow up with enquiries
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain customer records and CRM
- Handle basic customer queries
- We’re looking for:Excellent Tamil & English communication
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Patient, positive and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telecalling / customer service experience preferred
- Fashion, retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage
Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
No aggressive sales targets | Immediate joiners preferred
