Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and well-established Event Sales Manager who has previously worked with a reputed company or established organization in the event, hospitality, corporate events, wedding, or related industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in event sales, client acquisition, business development, and relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business opportunities and leads for events.

· Handle corporate, wedding, social, and other event-related sales.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate customers.

· Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.





· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Coordinate with the event operations team to ensure smooth execution.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective clients.

· Identify market trends and explore new business opportunities.

· Manage existing clients and generate repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Requirements

· 4–5+ years of relevant experience in Event Sales / Business Development / Event Management.

· Candidate should have experience with a reputed or established company.

· Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proven experience in achieving sales targets.

· Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.

· Strong knowledge of the local market and event industry will be an advantage.

· Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.

· Candidates with a stable career background and strong professional exposure will be preferred.
