Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to drawings and specifications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, labourers, and vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of construction work and materials.
- Manage labour and allocate daily work activities.
- Check material requirements and coordinate timely availability.
- Maintain daily site progress and work records.
- Identify and report site issues to the concerned engineer/management.




- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding site requirements and progress.
- Requirements1–2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and building work.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites in and around Bhopal.

Salary: ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month (as per experience and interview)
