About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, ads, and YouTube content.
- Create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling.
- Add transitions, text animations, sound effects, music, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Edit and enhance footage to maintain WIPRZ's brand identity.
- Work with the marketing team to create content for campaigns and promotions.
- Select suitable music, footage, and visual effects according to the content.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final exports.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats.
- Requirements1+ year of experience in video editing preferred.




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Positive understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, and color correction.
- Knowledge of social media content and current Reel/Shorts trends.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Preferred SkillsMotion graphics and animation.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Color grading.
- Experience creating performance marketing/video ads.
- Knowledge of AI video/image editing tools.
