Job Role

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to source Salaried Personal Loan business through open market activities, customer references, and lead generation.

Eligibility

* Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (10+2)

* Basic English communication skills

* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

* Sales experience is preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome

Salary & Benefits

* Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month

* Average Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

* Source new Salaried Personal Loan customers.

* Meet customers and explain loan features and benefits.

* Generate leads through open market activities and references.
