are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Zoho Books & Inventory Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting, inventory, invoicing, and business records.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently on Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory and ensuring that all transactions and stock records are updated accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries in Zoho Books
- Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes
- Record payments, expenses and vendor transactions
- Manage Zoho Inventory and keep stock records updated
- Track inward and outward movement of inventory
- Create purchase orders and sales orders
- Reconcile bank transactions and accounts
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required
- Support GST-related records and documentation
- Coordinate with our CA/accountant for GST, TDS and other compliance requirements
- Generate monthly sales, purchase, expense, inventory and outstanding reports




- Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
- Maintain organised digital records of invoices, bills and supporting documents

What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is essential
- Experience with Zoho Inventory is strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and Indian accounting practices
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting and inventory operations
- Good communication and coordination skills

Experience: 1–3+ years preferred

Education: B.Com / Accounting / Finance background preferred
