Civil Site Engineer – Job DescriptionThe Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Manage and monitor manpower, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper execution.
- Maintain site records, measurements, reports, and other project documentation.




- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and procedures.
- Plan and monitor material requirements at the site.
- Verify material quantities and usage.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials.
- Support the timely and efficient completion of construction activities.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites in Bengaluru.
