Job Description:

MoonElevate Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our US Process team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting customers with loan-related applications, explaining loan details clearly, and conducting follow-ups through professional communication.

This role involves both inbound and outbound calls and requires candidates with good English communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan services.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with loan-related applications and processes.
- Explain loan details, terms, and procedures clearly to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan enquiries and applications.




- Maintain professional communication and build a positive customer experience.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility & Skills:

- 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior BPO/voice process experience are also eligible.
- Good English communication and verbal skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.

Compensation & Benefits:
