We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with distributors, PCD partners, pharma companies, and clients.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing business.
- Generate new leads and identify potential distributors, franchise partners, and business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Guide sales executives in lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and order conversion.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the given timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
- Develop new markets and expand the company's customer and distributor network.
- Coordinate with production,



marketing, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, product demand, and pricing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure proper follow-up of leads.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up from customers wherever required.
- Maintain skilled relationships with PCD partners, distributors, and third-party clients.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing business.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and team handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong sales planning and business development abilities.
