- Assess learners' language and soft-skill development through tests, activities, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Maintain daily attendance, assessment records, training reports, and learner progress documentation as required.
- Support learners in preparing for job interviews, workplace communication, and placement activities.
- Identify learners who require additional support and provide remedial training.
- Coordinate with the center/project team to ensure smooth implementation of the training program.
- Participate in trainer meetings, assessments, audits, workshops, and other program-related activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment.
- Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, Management, or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree, B.Ed., TESOL/TEFL, or relevant trainer certification will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant NSDC/Skill India/SSC training experience are preferred.
- Experience1–3 years of experience in English language training, soft skills training, employability skills, vocational training, or corporate training.
- Experience working with NSDC, PMKVY, Skill India, Sector Skill Councils, vocational training institutes, colleges, or government skill-development projects will be preferred.




- Freshers with excellent English communication and strong presentation skills may also be considered, depending on project requirements.
