Open Positions Customer Care Executive (CCE) - Freshers & Experienced

Customer Support Executive - Inbound calling experience preferred

Senior CCE (Outbound Process) -Experience in international outbound sales/closures

Team Leader (TL) - Prior experience managing teams in an international process

Eligibility Criteria

Fluent English communication (Mandatory)

Minimum qualification:



12th Pass & above

Age: 18 to 45 years

Willingness to work in US/Night Shift

Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls effectively

Shift Timings

Night Shift (Full time): 9:30 PM -6:30 AM

Evening Shift-05:30pm till 09:45PM/05:30 pm to 10PM
