Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals to join our Vehicle Loan Sales team across India. The role involves sourcing new customers, promoting vehicle loan products, managing the end-to-end loan application process, and building strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and channel partners. Candidates should possess excellent sales skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and business clients.

• Source new business through field activities, customer references, dealership leads, and channel partners.

• Assess customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable vehicle loan solutions.

• Guide customers through the end-to-end loan application process and ensure timely collection and verification of all required documents.

• Coordinate with dealerships, automobile vendors,



and channel partners to facilitate smooth loan processing and vehicle purchases.

• Work closely with Credit, Underwriting, Operations, and Loan Processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to provide application updates and resolve queries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners to generate repeat and referral business.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and lending norms.

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and business forecasts.

• Stay updated on vehicle loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Vehicle Loans, Auto Loans, BFSI Sales, Retail Lending, or Direct Sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition and dealer visits.
