Key Responsibilities:Video Editing:

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
- Create engaging videos using B-rolls, captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Convert talking-head videos into high-retention content.

Creative Execution:

- Follow the latest Instagram trends and viral editing styles.
- Suggest creative editing ideas to improve content quality and engagement.
- Ensure videos match the brand's style and storytelling.

Content Coordination:

- Work closely with the content team to understand video requirements.
- Manage multiple editing projects and deliver videos on time.




- Review and improve videos based on feedback.
- Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
- Strong experience in editing Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good understanding of B-roll storytelling and audience retention.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills:Experience editing business, marketing, educational, or personal branding content.
- Knowledge of viral Reel formats and social media trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
