- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch
- Assign drivers and vehicles efficiently based on location, availability, and service level
- Monitor trips in real time to ensure on-time pickups, drop-offs, and route compliance
- Communicate professionally with members, drivers, healthcare facilities, and brokers
- Handle trip changes, cancellations, no-shows, delays, and escalations promptly
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety policies, and client-specific requirements
- Provide accurate trip documentation and update dispatch systems (GPS, MDT, apps)
- Resolve driver and member issues calmly and professionally
- Verify driver check-ins, arrivals, departures, and trip completion
- Coordinate return trips and will-call requests
- Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch software
- Report incidents, accidents, or service issues to management and clients
- Support quality assurance by documenting complaints and corrective actions
- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to meet service standards
- Manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Ensure coverage during peak hours, emergencies, or unexpected shortages
