Job Title: Insurance Renewal Executive (Female) - Work from Home

Job Description:

We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work-from-Home Insurance Renewal (R1) executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers

HR Interview will be conducted at office location in Face 2 Face mode only.

Requirements:

- Only female candidates
- Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience
- Must speak Malayalam
- Must have a Android smartphone
- Any education qualification
- Must be able to make customer calls
- Work-from-Home role
- No fees or registration charges
- Based on the performance we can provide the Hybrid Mode 3 days WFO & 3 days WFH

YOUR FIRST 9 DAYS

1.Days 1–3 — Training: Insurance basics, products, platform, customer communication and call process.

2. Days 4–6 — Observation: Observe, practise and speak with customers with guidance and feedback.

3. Days 7–9 — Onboard Job Coaching: Start the actual job with TL/Manager support and live coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 25 calls daily to customers
- Good communication skills
- Provide information and handle basic queries
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve





Training & Observation

- 9 days of training & Observation will be given in offline mode at the Office
- We provide the Work from Home after the successful completion of 9 days training & observation.

Working Hours & Days

Hours : 8 Hours per day

Slots timing : 9.30AM - 5.30PM

Days : Monday - Saturday

Sunday & Public holidays - No work

Work Rules

- Make 25 calls per day
- 625 customer calls per month
