Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.

Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding enquiries, visits, purchases, and offers.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records on a daily basis.

Make regular follow-up calls to customers and maintain proper records of conversations.

Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure customer enquiries are properly attended to.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.

Send customers information regarding recent arrivals, offers, events, and special occasions as per company guidelines.

Track and update daily CRM activities and prepare basic reports.

Respond promptly to Instagram/social media enquiries and customer messages.

Ensure every customer receives a polite, professional, and premium service experience.

Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure customer information is handled securely.

Support the sales team in converting enquiries into store visits and sales.
