- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain loan products and their advantages clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Backend team for further processing.
- Maintain customer details and calling records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Ensure proper follow-up until login/processing of the case.
