*key responsibilities*

• Handle customer calls related to the collection process.

- Communicate professionally with customers regarding pending payments and payment commitments.

- Follow up with customers through calls and maintain proper call records.

- Explain payment-related information clearly and resolve basic customer queries.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and calling targets.

- Maintain quality, productivity and compliance standards.

- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.

- Follow company policies, process guidelines and call-handling standards.
