Role Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day operations of Peekaaboo Kids across Shopify and online marketplaces, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate product listings, correct pricing and promotions, timely dispatch, inventory coordination and effective communication with warehouse and fulfilment teams.
Core KPIs could include:
- Order processing accuracy
- % orders dispatched within SLA
- Order-to-dispatch turnaround time
- Marketplace SLA compliance
- Listing accuracy
- Pricing/discount accuracy
- Inventory mismatch rate
- Order cancellation/RTO rate
- Number of pending/unprocessed orders
- Picking/packing error rate
- Timeliness of issue resolution
