nRole Summary
nA senior business leader to own the entire BPL Medical business for the North zone, with full P&L; accountability. You'll drive revenue, margin,



and profitability across the zone while ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction and service delivery. As the business scales, you'll build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional team, and play a central role in shaping strategy, market expansion, and go-to-market execution for the zone.

- Own the end-to-end P&L; for the North zone, driving revenue delivery and growth against annual business Plan.n
- Manage gross margin and EBITDA performance in line with approved budgets.n
- Own Revenue and collections performance for across business verticals.n
- Develop annual business plans and execute set territory/regional targets based on potential and business viability, involving regional teams to build ownership and joint strategies.n
- Lead market expansion and district-level coverage growth — current account acquisition and market share growth in line with the annual plan.n
