nAbout the role:




nWe are looking for an experienced Finance & Compliance professional to strengthen the organization's governance and compliance framework. The role will be responsible for managing the Foundation's finance operations, FCRA compliance, statutory and regulatory reporting, grant accounting, financial controls and audit requirements. The role will ensure that all domestic and foreign contributions are received, accounted for, utilized and reported in accordance with applicable laws, donor requirements and internal policies.
nThe position will work closely with Finance, Program, Fundraising, Procurement, HR, Legal, auditors, banks and senior management to ensure strong financial governance and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong working experience of corporate culture, excellent stakeholder reporting skills, and experience working in a multi-functional business setting.
