nRole Summary
nThe Functional Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and clients, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery & resource optimization. The role involves leading delivery teams, managing stakeholder communication, and driving operational excellence.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects across clients and business units.n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions with clients and stakeholders.n
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, task assignments, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.n
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and design workshops with business users.n
- Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 CE best practices, implementation approaches, and integration considerations.n
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.n




- Monitor project progress, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and escalations; Conduct regular project reviews and client status meetings.n
- Support effort estimation, resource planning, and project governance activities.n
- Oversee release management, change management, and deployment processes.n
- Ensure effective coordination among cross-functional teams including development, BI, and support teams.n
- Review and support solution architecture, integrations, and overall CRM implementation lifecycle.n
- Possess working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.n
- Maintain awareness of Power Platform capabilities including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.n
