? About the Role
The Career Counsellor will be responsible for counselling and enrolling candidates into job-oriented International Career Pathway Programs in Albania, Korea, Malta, Germany & Japan.
These programs combine language training + vocational/skill training, preparing candidates for overseas career opportunities.
This is a target-driven, sales-oriented counselling role with end-to-end ownership of the admissions funnel.
? Key Responsibilities
* ? Counsel prospective candidates including 12th pass-outs, freshers, ITI/Diploma holders,
Nursing graduates and Hospitality aspirants.
* ? Explain international career programs, including language training, vocational/skill training, visa process, job guarantee terms, timelines and costs.
* ? Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to admission, including cold calls, walk-ins, digital leads and referrals.
* ? Achieve monthly enrolment/revenue targets assigned by the Team Lead.
* ?️ Conduct 1-on-1 and group counselling sessions, seminars and webinars for candidates and parents.
* ? Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email while maintaining proper CRM records.
* ? Guide candidates through documentation, eligibility screening and pre-departure formalities in coordination with the Operations/Visa Team.
