Qureos is looking for a Growth Marketer not a pure performance
marketer to own paid channel growth and turn ad spend into
measurable revenue outcomes. Revenue generated via paid channels is
the core KPI for this role. What You’ll Be Doing Owning paid
channel performance across LinkedIn and Meta planning, execution,
and optimization Building and maintaining attribution connecting ad
spend to actual revenue, not just clicks or leads Owning




cost-per-lead (CPL) as a core efficiency metric and driving it down
over time Digging into in-product usage data to identify funnel
leaks post-acquisition, and feeding that back into channel strategy
Reporting on paid channel performance (CPL, attribution, revenue
via paid channels) to leadership What We’re Looking For 5+ years of
experience in growth or performance marketing Deep, hands-on
platform expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads comfortable running
campaigns directly, not just directing others Robust grasp of
attribution modeling and connecting spend to revenue Comfort
working with in-product/usage data (not just ad platform
dashboards) to understand funnel behavior A growth mindset over a
pure media-buying mindset thinks about the whole funnel, not just
top-of-funnel metrics Able to work UAE time zone hours Nice to Have
