- n
- Network technician who supports Network infrastructure for retail customers across globe having 5 to 8+ years of experience in networkingn
- Monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) using tools like SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor, Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG Network Monitorn
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (latency, packet loss, downtime)n
- Configure alerts and notifications for system anomaliesn
- Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify trends and potential issuesn




- Ensure network uptime and service availability (24/7 monitoring in NOC environments)n
- Work with IT teams to resolve incidents and perform root cause analysisn
- Generate reports on network performance and incidentsn
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and monitoring processesn
- Implement and maintain monitoring dashboardsn

- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)n
- Familiarity with monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, ICMP)n

- Wireshark (packet analysis)n
- Splunk or similar log toolsn
