Role Overview
Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for a seasoned and proactive Business Manager to head commercial operations, revenue generation, and channel expansion across the North Arcot and South Arcot belts, operating under the Chennai regional cluster.

Mandatory Criteria: This opening is strictly reserved for sales leaders currently based in or managing trade from Chennai, with a mandatory core background in Ceiling Fans, Home Appliances, and LED Lighting. Candidates without relevant category and regional trade experience will not be considered.The incumbent will take full accountability for achieving primary and secondary sales targets, strengthening distributor and direct dealer coverage,



leading field sales personnel, and driving aggressive counter-share across electrical, appliance, and hardware retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Sales Delivery: Formulate and execute territorial business plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume and value) for fans, appliances, and LED lighting lines.
- Distribution & Channel Expansion: Identify, appoint, and nurture robust distributors, super-stockists, and multi-brand dealers across key centers (Vellore, Ranipet, Ambur, Tirupattur, Cuddalore, Villupuram, Kallakurichi, Neyveli, etc.).
- Commercial & Credit Governance: Maintain strict credit discipline, oversee timely payment collections, manage dealer reconciliations, and ensure sustainable distributor ROI in line with company commercial policies.
- Team Leadership & Beat Compliance: Direct, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Man
