nFlamingo Transworld Private Limited is seeking a customer-driven, experienced Senior Group Tour Specialist to lead and expand our Group Tours business across Mumbai and Maharashtra. The right candidate will bring deep destination knowledge and strong command over domestic and international group travel, with a proven ability to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

- Drive end-to-end sales for domestic and international group tour packagesn
- Convert walk-in, phone, online, and referral leads into confirmed bookingsn
- Assess client travel needs and suggest the most suitable group tour optionsn
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referralsn
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goalsn
- Deliver comprehensive tour presentations covering itineraries, inclusions/exclusions, visas, insurance, and payment plansn
- Liaise with operations,



ticketing, visa, and documentation teams for smooth tour executionn
- Address customer issues professionally at every stage of the travel journeyn
- Keep pace with evolving travel trends, destinations, airline policies, visa rules, and competitor activityn
- Market seasonal deals, exclusive departures, and premium tour offeringsn
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to daten
- Represent the company at travel expos, promotional events, and customer engagement activities as neededn
