Hiring: Accounts Receivable – Cash Application / Collections Location: Chennai – Genpact Office Experience: 2–5 Years / 4–7 Years Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 Days Office Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM ⏳ Project Duration: 6 Months CTC: Up to ₹41K / ₹53K per month Must-Have Skills - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Cash Application / Cash Allocation - Collections - Invoice & Payment Reconciliation - Customer Account Reconciliation - Payment Posting & Cash Management - Robust Excel & Accounting knowledge Key Responsibilities - Handle Cash Application / Collections activities within the Accounts Receivable process. - Apply customer payments accurately against invoices and open items. - Perform account reconciliation and resolve payment-related discrepancies. - Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections activities. - Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short payments and payment mismatches. - Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve AR-related queries. - Maintain accuracy, productivity and SLA/TAT while handling daily transactions. - Prepare and maintain required reports and ensure proper documentation.
