Job Title: Project & Program Manager Location: HCLTech Lucknow, Nagpur, Vijaywada, Madurai Experience: 5 - 15 Years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Infrastructure Transition, Transformation, Migration, and Workplace Services Programs . The role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Data Center Migration, End User Computing (EUC), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Service Transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closure Support delivery o f IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migration Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor) Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plan Drive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder update Monitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L;, cost control) Ensure alignment with delive ry frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL) Maintain project documentation and governance standard Transition & Transformation Delivery Lead and deliver Infrastructure Transition and Transformation programs across enterprise environments. Drive strategic initiatives including: Infrastructure Modernization Cloud Migration Data Center Migration Workplace Services Transformation Service Desk Transformation End User Computing (EUC) Transformation Manage transition activities including knowledge transfer, service readiness, operational acceptance, cutover planning, and stabilization.



Program Governance & Reporting Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks. Maintain and manage RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation actions. Prepare and present MIS reports, project dashboards, executive summaries, KPI reports, and governance updates . Track project health, resource utilization, budget performance, and delivery metrics.
