Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS) .



Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities . Experience in Enterprise Structure , Master Data troubleshooting , and Planning Book maintenance . Experience in Forecast Validation , Planning Run Monitoring , and APO Job Monitoring . Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO . Good understanding of customized business processes/templates . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer-facing skills. Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM . Good to Have Skills Cross-functional integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD, and LE . Technical knowledge of Debugging, Workflows, and IDocs . Experience in preparing solution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions. Exposure to KPI-driven support environments and SLA management. Experience in end-user support, issue analysis, and continuous process improvement.
