We’re Hiring: Director of Photography (DOP) Are you someone who sees frames where others see moments? Do lights, lenses, and movement excite you more than trends? We’re looking for a visual storyteller who can turn ideas into cinematic reality. Role Overview As our Director of Photography (DOP) , you will be responsible for defining the visual identity of our content. From conceptualization to final delivery, you will lead the technical and creative execution of shoots — ensuring every frame speaks quality. You will work closely with content creators, editors, and the production team to create engaging, high-impact visual content.



Key Responsibilities Lead and execute cinematic shoots (indoor & outdoor) Plan camera setups, framing, and shot composition Design and execute lighting setups based on mood and concept Manage and operate camera systems (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras) Handle gimbal operations and motion shots Ensure high-quality audio recording & sound setup Manage shoot equipment and production gear Collaborate with creators and internal teams for branded and organic content Supervise post-production workflow and assist in editing where required Maintain visual consistency across all projects Required Skills Strong camera technical knowledge Deep understanding of lighting (natural & studio) Knowledge of audio equipment & sound clarity Experience with gimbals & stabilization tools Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci) Robust sense of cinematic storytelling & visual aesthetics Experience working with creators & brand collaborations Ability to execute under deadlines ✨ Bonus Points If You Have Experience in YouTube / Digital-first content Experience in ad shoots or brand films Understanding of color grading Portfolio with cinematic work samples What We’re Looking For A creative thinker with strong execution skills Someone who takes ownership of visual quality Detail-oriented but fast-moving Passionate about content, cinema, and storytelling
