We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Telesales Advisors.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Understand customer insurance requirements.
- Explain suitable Health, Life & Motor Insurance products.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle customer questions and sales objections.
- Coordinate for quotations, documentation and policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Contribute towards individual and team business targets.

? Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 In-Hand/Month
